Torsion Testing Machine
The number of twist required to fracture a wire sample can be determined rapidly with this machine . The standard machine consists of a gear box coupled with a motor to give out put of either 30, 60 or 90rpm. A revolution counter indicates the total number of twist, and stops counting when the sample fails. The distance between the rotating and non-rotating chuck can be between these two chucks. The wires from 1 to 10 mm can be tested with this machine. The machine is electrically operated suitable for operate on 400-440 volts, 3 phase, ac supply. The machine is available in two models one for testing wires in the range of 1-5 mm and the other 4-10 mm.

"Justy" Torsion Testing Machine is designed for conducting Torsion and Twist Tests on various metal wire, tubes sheet materials. Torque measurement is by Pendulum Dynamometer System. Torque ranges can be adjusted. Torque can be applied to specimen by geared motor trhough gear box. Autographic recorder can be provided to know the relation between torque and angle of twist on specific request.
The accuracy of the torque indication + 1% of the true torque.
