Field CBR Test Apparatus

It consists of :

• Loading jack with U-bracket capacity 50kn ( 5000kgf). It is specially designed for use with Field CBR test apparatus. It consists of a hand operated, two speed, screw jack fitted with a U  bracket, A hexagonal adaptor is provided to fix a proving.
• Swivel Head for Loading jack.
• Penetration poston, 50mm.dia. threaded at the upper end, to connect to the various lengths of extension sleeves, through connector.
• Extension Set : It consisting of 1 length of 5cm., 1 length of 10cm., 1 length of 10cm., 1 length of 30cm., 1 length of 100cm. used as spacers between the proving ring and penetration piston. The lengths are machined from steel tubing.
• Connector Set : It consists of eight connectors for coupling the penetration piston and proving ring assembly, either directly or through extension pieces.
• Datum Bar Assembly: It consisting of two stands and I m.long Bar.
• Adjustable bracket for mounting the dial gauge.
• Annular metal weight of 5kg, having 250mm, dia and with 53cm. central hole.
• Slotted Metal Weight of 5 kg. with 215mm. to 250mm.dia and 53mm.slot.
• Slotted Metal Weight of 10 kg. with 215mm. to 250mm.dia and 53mm.slot.
• Dial Gauge, 0.01 x 25mm.
• Supplied complete without proving ring capacity 50KN ( 5000kgf) which has to be ordered extra.
